On Sunday, February 13, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., we will be having our Annual Valentine’s Day Luncheon. Couples and Singles are invited to this event; leave the children at home and come join us for great food and fellowship. Each person/couple is responsible for their lunch; location is pending.

You are cordially invited to our 11th Church Anniversary on Sunday, March 6, 2011, starting at 9:00 a.m. This is a time of celebration and reflection on how God has blessed Bread of Life Community Church over these past 11 years. Attention all members and friends! On Saturday, September 18, 2010, in Beautiful Discovery Bay, from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, we will be having a Holy Ghost Party. Invite your friends and family for a wonderful day of Fun, Food, and Festivities. Sister Michelle Melander, our Church Secretary, will be coordinating this activity, and will be contacting all members regarding items needed for this event. The exact address for the event will be posted at a later date. Mark this date on your calendar, and BE THERE!!!!

Our Midweek Bible Study is going strong every Wednesday starting at 6:30 p.m., at Willard and Janet Heyne's home. This Bible Study is for our member’s and those who don't currently have a home church. We are curretly going through the Book of Galatians, come out and allow God's Word to be "A Lamp unto your feet, and a Light unto your Path".

On every Fifth Sunday we will hold a New Member's Luncheon at Pastor Ed and Lady Ruth's home (408 Bayview Drive, Oakley). This event is to welcome our new members into the church family, and is attended by all current members.

The pre-requisite for attending this luncheon is that the New Member must have completed all the New Member classes prior to the event. If baptism is required for official membership, and has not taken place, the New Member can still attend the event.
